Formwork dome nut is also called combi nut, super plate, or combination nut. It is one of the formwork accessories used a lot in concrete shuttering.
The super plates are the combination nuts of the formwork wing nut and washer plate(waler plate). These two components are fixed by the super rivets.
Formwork super plate sizes include D15 and D20 two types. D15 combi nuts are used together with 15/17mm concrete tie rods. D20 combi nuts are for D20 tie rods and bars. Both of them are compatible with dywidag bars.
There are forged and cast types of super plates. Forged super plates are required by Doka and Peri formwork companies. Which can take more weight from concrete. While cast super plates are cheaper in price and quicker in delivery.

Formwork tie rod is one of the most important accessories in a poured wall project. We Hebei Trico supply different types of concrete tie rods, including the Hot Rolled discontinuous thread tie rod (with the breaking load of 180kn) and Cold Rolled continuous tie rods (with the breaking load of 140kn).
The concrete tie rods are used with various formwork accessories in concrete construction. Both the hot rolled and cold rolled the tie rods are able to work with formwork wing nuts, concrete anchor nuts, hex nuts, connection nuts, washer plates, formwork wedge clamps, formwork spring clamps, water stopper/water barrier nut, combi plate nut, plastic cones, plastic tubes, etc.
Tie Nut: There are single wing nut, butterfly wing nut, two anchor wing nut, three anchor wing nut,combination wing Nut. Because of this structure, wing nuts can be easily tightened and loosened by hand without any tools. Wing nuts have casting and forging types by processing technology , common thread size is 17mm/20mm.
Tie Rod: The Material of Tie Rod usually use Q235 carbon steel, 45# steel, surface finished as galvanized, zinc-plated and natural color. The working load from 80kn to 140kn. And we also offer Hot Rolled Tie Bar, which with the breaking load of 180kn.
Washer Plate: normally we offer 120x120x10mm, 120x120x8mm, 120x110x10mm, 100x100x10mm and other sizes can be made accordind to demand.
