With the characteristics of large torque, high fasteness and unlimited length, the hose clamp can be easily used in some large valume. Heavy Duty American Type Hose Clamp are available in SS200 series and SS300 series.
Heavy Duty American Type Hose Clamp
Heavy Duty American Type Hose Clamp are designed to deal with "cooling leakage": this occurs when a hose assembly is subjected to a vigorous hot temperature causing expansion of the joint and whilst a normal hose clamp may expanded to cope. The joint may come loose on cooling. These clamps have found favor with the large engine slower moving vehicles e.g. earch movers, trucks and tractors, due to the clips tenacity in tough conditions.
Material: W2 series -- band and housing are SS200 or 300, screw is SS410 and washers are 2CR13 W4 series -- all the parts are SS200 or 300 | ||||||
