High-Strength Alloy Steel Formwork System Can Replace Aluminum Formwork

Jan. 07, 2025

High-strength alloy steel formwork is a revolutionary new building formwork. It is made of high-strength alloy steel, integrally formed, laser-automatically welded, and can be reused 300 times. Its cost is only one-third of that of aluminum alloy formwork, and it can be perfectly connected with the aluminum alloy formwork system, which can completely replace aluminum alloy formwork, shorten the construction period, and greatly reduce the construction cost. High-strength alloy steel formwork is an environmentally friendly building formwork.

Based on the various technical application systems developed by high-strength alloy steel formwork, it can be applied to various building scenes such as standard-layer buildings, non-standard-layer buildings such as basements, and pipe galleries.

Product Advantages

1. Convenient construction: The high-strength alloy steel formwork has a streamlined design and is quick to disassemble and assemble, which can greatly improve construction efficiency. The product system is divided into tie rod type and flat tie type, which are suitable for different construction needs.

2. High cost performance: This product is made of Q700 high-strength steel, which has excellent compression, tensile and bending properties, is stable and does not deform, and can be turned over more than 300 times. The price is only one-third of that of aluminum alloy formwork, significantly reducing construction costs.

3. Excellent construction effect: The high-strength alloy steel formwork board has a flat surface, tight seams, excellent seismic resistance, waterproof, anti-deformation, anti-slurry leakage properties, and easy demoulding. The steel has strong corrosion resistance and the unique spraying process makes the finished product beautiful and durable, which significantly improves the quality of the project.

4. Accelerate the construction progress: configure one set of formwork and three sets of supports, implement early formwork removal construction technology (each layer can reduce the construction period by 1-2 days), save formwork materials, increase the number of formwork turnovers, and speed up the construction progress. And by reserving holes to manually deliver the formwork and supports layer by layer, the labor intensity is reduced, and the cost of assembling and dismantling the formwork and transportation costs are reduced.

Product Introduction

1. Strengthening Panel

The panel is 1.5mm thick and made of specially treated Q700 steel. It has a smooth surface, is strong and corrosion-resistant, and effectively improves the molding effect and product life.

2. Pin Hole

Pin holes are arranged around the template, and the templates can be assembled together and the template gap can be adjusted by using pins and pin pieces.

3. “Ω” Type Reinforced Back Rib

The reinforcement ribs are of“Ω” type, which not only provides excellent mechanical properties but also reduces the weight of the product.

4. Formwork Border

The width of the formwork frame is 65mm, using 2.0mm thick cold rolling High-strength steel, after strengthening treatment, significantly improves compression resistance and tensile, bending and impact resistance, effectively extending the product service life.

1. Tie Rod Type

The tie rod type alloy steel formwork is designed and applied in the traditional "tie rod system", which follows the traditional wood formwork screw reinforcement method. According to the design requirements, prefabricated holes are made on the formwork panel, and the through-wall screws and horizontal steel back ribs are used to achieve efficient reinforcement to ensure the stability of the structure. The advantage of the "tie rod system" is that it follows the traditional wood formwork reinforcement method, which is easy for construction workers to accept. The screw and the formwork panel are rigidly connected, and its bearing capacity is relatively strong.

2. Flat Tie Type

The flat tie type alloy steel formwork is designed for the "flat tie  system" and is inspired by the pull-tab reinforcement method of aluminum formwork. According to the design requirements, the pull-tab slots are prefabricated on the frame of the formwork, and one-time flat tie and square tubes are used for reinforcement. The significant advantage of the "flat tie system" lies in its simple installation and removal process. Workers can adjust the position of the formwork by pulling the pull-tab and fix it with fasteners. When disassembling, just loosen the fasteners and remove the pull-tab. It is suitable for building structures of various shapes and sizes, especially irregular shapes such as round and arc shapes. The flat tie are arranged along the length of the formwork panel, and are also well adapted to long structures.
