Steel Prop is an adjustable vertical pipe for concrete formwork supporting, which is widely used in construction, tunnel and mining construction.
It consists of a 48mm diameter inner tube and a 60mm diameter outer tube (or a 48mm diameter inner tube and a 60mm diameter outer tube), and the whole set of prop includes base plate, prop sleeve, prop nut, G-shaped pin, fork head and tripod. Prop Sleeve is made of black pipe with different thickness. Length will be cut as demand. Common sizes are 195mm, 200mm,210mm. It is a important part to adjust the length of steel prop.
Prop Nut material is casted iron. Different weights are for choosing.
G Pin usually can be M12 and M14 wich is used to lock the pipe and support the prop nut.
Fork Head are used to support the wood beam.
