Stub Pin of Trico are made of steel q195. Common sizes are 50mm, 52mm, 65mm, 195mm.
Wedge have different thickness and different material. Q195 and 45# steel are available.
Embedded Tie are designed for different wall thickness from 100L to 1200L.
America Aluminum Forming Accessories include Nominal Tie , Full Tie, Round Pin and Wedge.
Pin and wedge are made of 45# steel and will do heat treatment to improve the hardness.
