What is Forming Wall Tie?
Concrete Forming Wall Tie consists of steel plywood x flat tie, snap tie, euro form flat tie, aluminum nominal tie & full tie, embedded tie, etc. They are used for concrete pouring with different formwork panels. Different formwork system will use different wall tie and pin.
This system is mainly for Ameican Market. X Flat Tie, Wedge Bolt, Symons Form and One Piece Clamps are important accessories.
All X Flat Ties are made of steel 45# and will be tested to reach the standard breaking load.
Wedge Bolt are with heat treatment to imporve the hardness.
Euro form system includes Flat Tie, Wedge Pin, Euro Form, Pipe Hook and Joint Clamp. This system is widely used in Asian Maket.
